பௌர்ணமி நிலவினைப்போல் வட்டமாக, முழுமையாக, குறையில்லா குளிரொளியோடு, கண்கள் பார்க்க இனிமையாக உள்ளவளே அன்னை. நிறைநிலவைப் போன்ற முகலாவண்யம் எவரிடத்தில் உள்ளதோ அவர்களிடம் அன்னையே குடிகொண்டிருக்கிறாள்.
முழுநில வைப்போல் முகமுடைத் தேகாண்
அழகொளி தண்கதிராள் அன்னை – விழுமம்
ஒழுகும் வதனத்தாள் ஒண்மையோ டின்பம்
பழகும் இயல்பாள் பரை
விழுமம்-தூய்மை; ஒண்மை – விளக்கம், இயற்கை அழகு
