irA ap pulattai – Don’t give up your love quarrel

Maidens’ friend speaks to her thus: “Don’t give up your love-quarrel with your beloved and rush to be in his embrace; let’s watch a little the pain of this in him for a while” There is an inherent hint in this to the maiden that the reunion would be sweeter after that quarrel.
“Giving your love-quarrel, don’t rush for an embrace
Let’s watch his distress of pain for a while to tease”
